  • Manage the day-to-day running of WRM Media's ecommerce websites.
  • Maintain and update Shopify stores, including products, content, imagery and website information.
  • Deal with customer enquiries and resolve ecommerce-related issues.
  • Monitor websites and identify and resolve problems where possible.
  • Create and schedule social media content across company brands.
  • Assist with the creation and management of social media advertising campaigns.
  • Manage relationships and communications with affiliates.
  • Make routine updates to website content and promotional material.
  • Assist with email marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Work with images and basic graphics for websites, social media and marketing.
  • Provide general IT support within the office, including diagnosing straightforward computer, software and printer issues.
  • Assist with other ecommerce and digital projects as required.
