About Axeholme Stud

Axeholme Stud is a small, dedicated equestrian yard with a focus on the care, development and ridden work of its horses.

The stud currently has five horses, providing a varied environment for an apprentice to develop their practical horse-care and ridden skills. The yard has a particular interest in showjumping, making this an exciting opportunity for an individual who is keen to develop their riding and gain experience within the competitive side of the equine industry.

Things to consider

  • The yard may also be able to accommodate the successful apprentice bringing their own horse, with own-horse livery potentially available by arrangement.
  • Accommodation: Potentially available / negotiable
