All general yard duties required:

  • Mucking out / Keeping yard tidy
  • Turning out / changing rugs 
  • Grooming / tacking up
  • Clipping
  • Plaiting
  • Lunging
  • Show Preperation 

Your training

Equine Groom Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • All training will be carried out at the employer's premises, supported by the employer, and carried out by Haddon Training

Where it leads

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the successful candiate may have the opportunity to enrol onto the advanced (level 3) apprenticeship or to join Natalie Allen as a full-time member of the team.

About Natalie Allen Dressage

I am a professional International Dressage rider and trainer based at my own yard in Warwickshire, where I train, compete and produce Dressage horses. I am passionate about horses and I look forward to the future. ​I am currently running my own yard Edgehill stud I compete Dressage horses for owners and I train clients ​ My Long term aim is to compete at the olympic's I understand this requires lots of hard work I feel I have the drive and determination to succeed to reach my goal. I am very lucky to have a great support team including the worlds best trainer Carl Hester .​
