A chance to join a fun but high performing team with considerable depth and breadth of experience, working with International competition horses and offering horse rehabilitation servic.

Recruiting for a caring individual who is seeking to start a career working with horses. The individual will be keen to learn and enjoy dealing with a wide range of horses. 

As a team they have a lot of fun so a sense of humour is essential but they also work hard. Your day to day activities will include:

  • Feeding
  • Loading the horse walker
  • Turning out/In
  • Changing rugs
  • Washing feed bowls
  • Mucking out
  • Customer service to internal and external members

Your training

All training will be provided on site during your paid working hours.  Your day to day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination of online and in person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training Trainer Coach. 

Where it leads

  • Possibility of progression to Level 3 Senior Groom 
  • Possibility of employment after apprenticeship completed
