  • Support of the sales ledger and purchase ledger, including the use of our purchase invoice processing system (SICON)
  • Production of sales invoices as required including ensuring accuracy of amounts and allocation
  • Ensuring VAT is correctly declared on sales and purchase invoices
  • Reconciliation of sales ledger account queries and liaising with customers and suppliers as required
  • Ensuring accuracy of new and existing customer and supplier records
  • Support bank reconciliations
  • Compiling and accurately recording daily banking
  • Support the credit control function as required to ensure timely collection of all amounts due
  • Maintaining appropriate electronic and paper records including invoices, statements and remittance advices
  • Any other duties reasonably requested by the management of Gloucester Rugby

Your training

Working towards apprenticeship standard. 

On the job training will be provided by the employer. 

Off the job training will be provided by New College Swindon and the employer.
