- Ensure that all client requests and related tasks are dealt with professionally and effectively delivering a positive experience for clients
- Arrange client meetings on behalf of the Advisers
- Collate and manage information and facts, preparing documentation for client meetings
- Maintain client contact, keeping them updated on the current position with regards to any ongoing maters on behalf of the Advisers
- Ensure the post meeting processing is completed within deadlines
- Manage LOA end to end process
- Ensure back-office system is maintained detailing all ongoing actions and workflow

- Apprenticeship training delivery virtually with Davies Group / CII

Giving back is also important to us and since 2022, we have raised over £1.1 million to support local and national partners, providing funding to help those in difficult circumstances and improve the environment of our local communities.
