Initially, your role will involve supporting our advisers and paraplanning team with

  • Preparing client documentation and reports
  • Managing client communications
  • Liaising with providers and third parties
  • Supporting the administration of investments, pensions and protection policies
  • Maintaining accurate client records
    • Assisting with research and technical analysis

As your knowledge and experience develop, you will gain exposure to:

  • Financial planning research
  • Cashflow modelling
  • Report writing and suitability work
  • Client meeting preparation
  • Technical paraplanning duties
  • Adviser support and eventually client-facing responsibilities

Where it leads

As you progress and grow with the business there is the potential to become a Financial Adviser in the future. This will include full support for further professional qualifications along the way.

  • Development pathway:
  • Starting in client and administration support,
  • Progressing into paraplanning and technical work, providing a route into becoming a Financial Adviser.
