Typical duties will include:
- Ensuring tidiness of garage area
- Assisting fitters
- Maintaining vans, fork-lift truck
- Refreshing stores with screenwash, anti-freeze, oil
- Maintaining walk-round wash
Your training
- You will work towards and achieve a Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship which will further improve your skill-set
- Within the garage you will develop the skills and learn the systems necessary to progress as a trained garage fitter
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
