The role will be very varied and will included:
- Supporting managers and employees with routine HR queries
- Helping with recruitment, interview, preparding HR letters, forms, reports and other documentation
- Using HR systems, supporting training administration and wider HR service delivery
- Learning from experienced HR colleagues and applying your apprenticeship learning in the workplace
Your training
A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your Apprenticeship, (14 - 18 months including endpoint assessment) topics covered include –
Business and Customer Awareness
- Communication Skills
- Building a team
- HR legislation
- HR Functions, roles and plans
- Systems and processes
- Service delivery
- Problem solving
- Change and improvement techniques
- HR base data and info
- Resilience
- Emotional intelligence
Where it leads
The individual would gain the skills and knowledge to take on to their next role, either in business administration or HR.
