Key Responsibilities

Day to day support to the wider Pricecheck team, monitoring Fresh Service tickets.
Prioritising, progressing, and monitoring IT incidents and requests to ensure they are resolved within the agreed timescales.
Liaising across departments to integrate IT solutions and provide varied assistance and support
Resolving desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and basic network/server troubleshooting with administration
Working independently or as part of a team to ensure the highest quality standards
Daily, weekly, and quarterly checks
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Talk colleagues through various actions as required, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Replace parts as required
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Support the roll-out of new applications
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
Respond within agreed SLA within Fresh Service enquiries.
Work continuously on a task until completion
Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
Ad-hoc duties as required

Applicants will become a senior Support Engineer and can progress into multiple different roles.
