Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the safety of children in their care
    Prepare and organise activities to keep children engaged and stimulated
  • Assist children with daily tasks such as dressing, toileting, and eating
  • Communicate with parents or guardians about their child’s progress and behaviour
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children
    Administer first aid and medication as needed
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Attend trainings and workshops to stay up-to-date on best practices in child care

With just 30 places and a high ratio of Practitioners, this family owned and run setting offers care for children from 4 months to 5 years. There is an on-site Forest School for Preschool children and an outdoor programme for the Baby and Toddler Room.
