  • Engage in on-the-job training to develop practical skills in childcare, including child supervision, curriculum implementation, and behavior management
  • Work collaboratively with experienced staff to understand and implement age-appropriate learning activities
  • Assist in prioritising the safety, health, and overall well-being of the children in our care
  • Foster positive relationships with children, creating a supportive and nurturing environment
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of educational activities that align with the childcare curriculum
  • Collaborate with lead educators to create a stimulating and enriching learning environment

Your training

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard
  • Paediatric First Aid
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths (if required)
  • Training one day a week at our Colindale Centre (NW9)

Where it leads

  • The successful candidate can go onto further training, or into employment
