  • Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians
  • Learn to diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults using the latest diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-level software
  • Assist with repairs to engines, brakes, suspension, steering, clutches, exhausts and other vehicle systems. Gain hands-on experience working on prestige vehicles including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Volkswagen, as well as other makes and models
  • Support the workshop team with accident repairs, vehicle bodywork preparation and alloy wheel refurbishment. Complete vehicle health checks and accurately record inspection findings
  • Use specialist workshop tools and equipment safely and effectively

  • One day a week at Slough & Langley College

  • Successful candidates may be offered permanent employment and specialist training, advanced diagnostic qualifications, and opportunities to progress into senior technician or workshop supervisory roles

Established in 2006, 4 Rings Motors is an independent, family-run automotive repair centre with an excellent reputation for quality workmanship and customer service. We specialise in servicing, diagnostics, mechanical repairs and maintenance for prestige vehicles including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen, while also working on all makes and models. In addition, we carry out accident body repairs, refinishing and alloy wheel refurbishment from our fully equipped modern workshop. Using the latest diagnostic technology and specialist equipment, we pride ourselves on delivering dealer-level expertise with the personal service of an independent garage. We are passionate about developing skilled technicians and provide a supportive environment where apprentices can gain hands-on experience, learn from experienced professionals and build a rewarding long-term career in the automotive industry.

Things to consider

  • Previous experience working on vehicles, whether through education, hobbies or work experience, would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one) would be an advantage but is not essential
