  • Create engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X.
  • Assist in planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns.
  • Write blogs, website content and marketing copy.
  • Update and maintain the company website using a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Design basic marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Assist with SEO activities to improve website visibility.
  • Help organise company events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all marketing activity reflects the company's brand identity.
  • Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • Support lead management processes and sales pipeline activities.
  • Manage and optimise company LinkedIn pages.
