Support members on the gym floor and provide fitness guidance
Develop and deliver effective workout programmes
Support members to achieve their health and fitness goals
Build positive relationships with members
Support group exercise sessions, with training provided where required
Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gym environment
Make outreach, prospect and member follow-up calls
Work towards daily and weekly sales and member engagement targets
Develop your knowledge of health, fitness and current industry practices
Provide a high standard of customer service
Work as part of the Energie Fitness team

Your training

You will complete the Level 3 Personal Trainer apprenticeship alongside your employment at Energie Fitness.

Training will combine workplace experience with structured off-the-job learning and support from COPA Training. You will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to work as a qualified Personal Trainer while applying your learning within the gym environment.

Where it leads

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have developed the skills and knowledge required to progress within the fitness industry, including opportunities to work as a qualified Personal Trainer.

There may also be opportunities to progress within Energie Fitness, subject to business requirements and performance.
