  • Customer Service: Assist patients at the pharmacy counter, answer basic health and product enquiries and provide over the counter advice under supervision
  • Prescription & Medication Handling: Support the pharmacy team in preparing and labelling prescriptions safely, using computer systems to keep records up to date
  • Till & Transaction Management: Process customer payments accurately and handle daily sales
  • Stock & Inventory Support: Replenish stock on shelves, monitor product expiry dates and maintain a clean, organised retail area
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Carry out general administration, process repeat prescription requests and assist with general office paperwork
