- 3rd party catalogue management
- Ensure pricing and products are up to date and in line with our agreed rates
- Support negotiations with 3rd party suppliers
- Manage approved supplier list
- Contract management
- Ensure compliance to Philips policies
- Collection of requirements from different teams
- Guidance and support to internal stakeholders on P2P processes and other procurement policies
- Tender support
- Supporting procurement specialists and running your own one-off project
- Joining team meetings
- Presenting to teams
- Project ownership
Your training
- Training with training provider will be virtual
- We believe that we are better together than apart. This is role based from our Farnborough office
- For our office-based teams which means working there in-person at least 3 days per week

- Basic knowledge in Procurement
- Further progression may well be available in other areas within our sector, upon successful completion of the apprenticeship

- You have a relevant academic background or related evidence of an interest in Supply Chain
- You will have strong Excel skills and be familiar with MS Office suite and PowerPoint
