Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced operatives with reactive maintenance and repair works
- Attend properties and commercial premises to assist with maintenance issues
- Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks under supervision
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving maintenance problems
- Learn and follow safe working practices and company procedures
- Assist with planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Complete job sheets and basic maintenance records
Communicate professionally with customers, clients and colleagues - Follow all relevant health and safety requirements
