  • You’ll support the Recruitment Manager with reviewing applications, arranging and assisting with interviews and booking new starter inductions
  • You’ll also work closely with the Compliance Team to keep staff records accurate and up to date, helping ensure new starters have a smooth journey into the company

This role is deal for someone approachable, proactive and keen to develop their career in Recruitment!

Your training

You will achieve your Compliance and Risk Officer Apprenticeship Level 3.

A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your Apprenticeship, (15-20) months including endpoint assessment).
