Take food orders and serve food to customers
Maintain a clean and organised work area, including coffee machines, equipment, and front-of-house areas
Clear and clean tables promptly, ensuring a welcoming environment for our valued customers
Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have about our coffee offerings and food menu
Supporting the preparations of food
Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth service
Handling complaints or resolving customer problems
Collecting and acting on customer feedback
Using systems to process orders, payments or customer information
Following data protection rules (GDPR) and relevant legislation

We would actively support successful applications in further training including courses via the Specialty Coffee Association.
