  • Learn how reinsurance solutions support insurance companies manage risk.
  • Support the team with day-to-day tasks that help the business run smoothly.
  • Use your attention to detail skills to make sure client records are accurate and kept up to date.
  • Support the administration of insurance policies and contracts, including updating records and processing documentation changes.
  • Support projects, carry out data checks and help improve the way we work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly and we are delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • Help prepare reports that show how the business is performing, using information such as income, budgets and team results. 

Where it leads

Our apprentices join Howden on permanent contracts from day one. After successfully completing the 18-month programme, you'll transition out of the apprenticeship and continue developing your skills, expertise and career within your chosen area of the business.
