The successful applicant will gain a 360-degree experience in manufacturing, sales and accounts administration which will include the following:

  • Sage 200 Business software
  • Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Sales order processing
  • Key customer account service administration system
  • Customer relationship management
  • Market intelligence
  • Sales ledger routines
  • Purchase order processing
  • Key supplier compliance administration systems
  • Purchase ledger routines
  • Sage stock administration
  • Production planning administration- the systems for capacity planning
  • Post, scanning, clerical tasks and office administration

This role gives candidates the opportunity to join a closely knit, vibrant office and play a big part in the future success of the company.

Your training

Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
    End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive any additional training, support and guidance required from their dedicated tutor
  • Attending weekly classes to achieve the Standard
    Level 3 Business Administration qualification

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship.
