  • Daily contact with customer/s to ascertain requirements, delivery days and update order and delivery status
  • Processing of Sales Orders through to delivery and invoice
  • Customer Complaints: acknowledge and process in accordance with Issue procedure
  • Timely completion of month end procedure

  • This is a work-based qualification, monthly college attendance

    Supported, protected 6 hours weekly off the job training.
