You will receive structured training alongside practical workplace experience, enabling you to develop the commercial, communication, and business development skills required to become a successful Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through telephone, email, social media, networking and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate IT products and managed service solutions
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals
- Follow up customer enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
- Maintain accurate records
- Attend client meetings alongside senior team members where appropriate
- Research local businesses and identify potential sales opportunities
- Develop knowledge of the company's products and services
- Work closely with technical colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met
- Complete all apprenticeship coursework and attend training sessions as required

Your training
- The apprentice will be allocated with an assessor who will visit them in the workplace once every 6-8 weeks
- In addition, they will be expected to attend regular online lessons
