JIENCO LTD is a leading UK fabrication and engineering company specialising in bespoke metal fabrication, architectural steelwork, laser cutting, CNC machining, and welding solutions. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive Apprentice to join our growing team and develop a successful career in technical sales.
This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable workplace experience alongside a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship qualification. Sales Executive apprenticeships typically focus on managing customer relationships, developing new business, and supporting the end-to-end sales process.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and online
- Prepare quotations using company pricing systems
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up quotations and identify new sales opportunities
- Support the sales team with CRM updates and customer records
- Learn about fabrication, sheet metal, welding and engineering products
- Assist with marketing activities and social media promotions
- Coordinate with production to ensure customer requirements are met
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, confident and professional attitude
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong organisational skills
- Willingness to learn technical products
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and maths preferred
