- Assist with assembling and installing structural steel frames
- Prepare materials, support lifting operations, bolt components, and follow strict safety procedures on active construction sites
You’ll learn to read drawings, work as part of a skilled team, and contribute to delivering high‑quality reinforced concrete structures across J Coffey projects.
Your training
Steel Fixer Level 2.
As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll spend one day each week at college completing your formal training. This gives you the technical knowledge and qualifications you need, while the rest of your week is spent gaining real, hands‑on experience on J Coffey project.
