  • Support hiring managers in understanding role requirements and recruitment activity
  • Assist with attraction campaigns, including early careers and outreach initiatives
  • Support candidate sourcing using job boards, social media, and internal systems
  • Assist with screening applications against role requirements and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy data on recruitment systems
  • Use data and reports to support recruitment activity and identify trends
  • Ensure recruitment processes are followed in line with policies and data protection requirements
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with care, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Provide general administrative support across recruitment activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, colleagues, and external partners
  • Support and collaborate with colleagues to achieve recruitment outcomes
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Stay updated with business needs and recruitment market trends.
