Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including booking venues, arranging resources, and managing participant registrations
  • Maintain accurate records of training programmes, schedules, and participant attendance
  • Assist with the preparation of training materials and ensure all resources are available for trainers and participants
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding training schedules, updates, and changes
  • Handle inquiries related to training programmes and provide customer service support to participants
  • Process training-related documents, including invoices, contracts, and certificates
  • Track and report on training outcomes, feedback, and evaluations
  • Support trainers and facilitators with logistical arrangements, including technology setup and material distribution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and training standards
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of training databases and systems

Your training

Business Administrator Level 3.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Where it leads

A full-time permanent role within the company upon successful completion of apprenticeship.
