  • Picking and Packing of products ready for customers despatch
  • Dealing with customer sales at the trade counter and via telephone
  • Communicating with internal and external customers face to face and via telephone
  • Dealing with stock control and dispatch
  • Taking delivery of goods involving basic administration
  • Learning and gaining knowledge of products
  • Processing customer orders
  • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
  • General cleanliness and maintenance of stores
  • Any duties as required by your supervisor/manager

Your training

  • Supply Chain Warehousing Level 2 qualification
  • Functional skills in maths and English if required
  • 20% off the job training (minimum 6 hours weekly)
  • End Point Assessment (EPA)
