  • Processing supplier invoices and matching them to purchase orders
  • Raising sales invoices and posting customer receipts
  • Bank reconciliations and keeping the ledgers up to date
  • Chasing overdue payments and helping with credit control
  • Working with sterling and US dollar transactions
  • Data entry and reporting in our ERP system and accounting software
  • Supporting month-end tasks and general finance admin

Your training

Training is fully online: weekly live sessions with an AAT tutor.

 

Where it leads

On successful completion, there is an opportunity to progress to the AAT Level 3 apprenticeship and develop a long-term career in accounting and finance.
