  • General admin duties to include answering the telephone, opening and distributing emails and post, handling visitors, clients and deliveries
  • Providing general admin support for Managing Director, Construction Director, Residential Construction Director, Operations Director, Finance Director, Business Operations Manager and any other staff as required
  • Assist the Plant Manager with keeping plant and vehicle maintenance logs up to date
  • Assist Health & Safety Managers with administrative duties
  • Organise training and keep accurate logs
  • Order and maintain stock of stationary, PPE, workwear and other miscellaneous items
  • Organise annual testing at Head Office
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Produce delivery instructions for sites as required by site/project managers
  • Arrange Christmas wine
  • Arrange company events
  • Arrange birthday gifts/cards for staff as required
  • Printing, copying and laminating drawings for office and site as required
  • Provide cover for any team member absence where required and any other duties as business needs dictate

Your training

The apprentice will be expected to attend Craven College fortnightly and go to work the other 4 days (5 one week).
