Your duties include but not limited to:

  • Preparing VAT Returns
  • Book keeping, using excel or online software
  • Preparing accounts for sole traders & Limited companies
  • Basic Corporation tax & Personal Tax Returns

Your training

  • Assistant accountant Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required 
  • One day a week you will study for the AAT Qualification
  • The method of study is flexible to suit your preference
  • This will give you a good basic knowledge of accounts and tax

Where it leads

  • After completing the AAT, you will be given the opportunity to study for ACCA to become a qualified accountant
  • We are a training practice for ACCA and will offer you full support
