- Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Greeting visitors and customers.
- Responding to emails and customer enquiries.
- Assisting with booking appointments and scheduling works.
- Updating customer records and company databases.
- Preparing quotations, documents and correspondence.
- Supporting the renewables, electrical and heating teams with administration tasks.
- Maintaining filing systems and digital records.
- Assisting with social media and marketing activities where required.
- Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels.
- Supporting invoicing and general business administration.
- Helping to ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Your training
- In this role, you will be required to undertake the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
- The majority of the training will be delivered in the workplace through assessment visits. Learners will also be required to attend a workshop at City College Plymouth once a month.
- On completion of the programme, you will complete an End Point Assessment.
- The delivery of training will take 18 months, with an additional 3 months added to complete the end-point assessment.
