Where it leads

A Digital Engineer apprenticeship leads to a progressive career in engineering and technology. After completing the apprenticeship, individuals usually move into a Junior Digital Engineer role, where they apply their technical skills independently and contribute to projects. With several years of experience, they can progress to a Digital Engineer position, taking on greater responsibility for designing, implementing, and maintaining digital systems while supporting junior colleagues. Career progression is based on developing technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver innovative digital solutions.
