Key Responsibilities:

  • To proactively cultivate and enhance client relationships through all communication types
  • To accurately record and receipt tenants rent payments on accounts
  • To safeguard tenants deposits
  • To ensure daily payments are made to landlords
  • To ensure compliance obligations are always met
  • To proactively management accounts
  • To undertake all training as offered and expected
  • To always comply with all health and safety and company compliance policies

Your training

Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the Occupational Standard.

For the right candidate and depending upon successful completion of the apprenticeship there is possibility it will lead to a permanent full-time role.

About The Letting Partnership LTD

The Letting Partnership was founded in 2006 and provides outsourcing in client accounting for the lettings industry. Capable of setting up ring fenced client account for lettings businesses within days. Their focus is to assist agents with reconciliations, financial health checks and on-site audits. The Letting Partnership is approved Propertymark Industry Suppliers and an ARLA member in our own right.

Things to consider

What you need to know:

  • This is an in-person role so you need to make sure you can travel daily to the office in central Worthing each day. 
  • Please note there is no parking on site although there are frequent buses to the town centre.
  • This is an 18-month apprenticeship including end point assessment.
  • Learning is work-based and will take up 6 hours in one day for the working week.
  • Any required college attendance will be at Crawley College.
  • To apply you must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years before the start date of the apprenticeship learning and have authorisation to work in the UK.
  • You cannot apply if you already have a qualification equal to or higher than the apprenticeship standard being studied.
  • You can apply if you have a higher qualification than the apprenticeship standard in an unrelated subject.
  • You should live in the area local to the employer and the college campus offering the apprenticeship.
  • This is a combination of work and learning so you will need to commit to the learning and stay at the employers until the apprenticeship is successfully completed.
