  • Plan, co-ordinate and administer the product catalogue within an Ecommerce platform
  • Work with web technologies and produce relevant copy and text for a wide range of products
  • Ensure all on-site advertising, promotions and product merchandising is aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Merchandise products to enhance customer experience and increase conversions
  • Monitor where product images are missing, incorrect or lacking optimisation
  • Identify ways to assist in improving conversion rates through persuasive content
  • Support the buying and merchandising team on new online product creates, promotions and quarterly sales
  • Support the E-Commerce Manager with ad hoc on-site projects and web developments
  • Ensure work is completed in a timely manner, within deadlines, and to an excellent quality, through high attention to detail
  • Checking the customer journey on the website and raising any issues such as broken links or pages
