About Stepping Stones Nurseries Limited

The lovely converted Victorian house of Stepping Stones Urmston opened it’s doors in 2008, and is just a 10-minute walk from the town centre. The nursery was awarded Good by Ofsted in 2018. We cater for children from six weeks to five years in a warm, homely environment with the resources to create stimulating surroundings where our dedicated team can help your child develop. Our vast outdoor space is divided into different age ranges and easily accessed from all rooms, with under 2’s having their own decking area which encourages them to explore and have fun. We always have a good mix of ages and divide our spaces into separate areas for the different age groups. Various sessions, ranging from physical activities to Spanish lessons are offered, giving endless opportunities for learning and development.
