Working in a small team you will be involved in all areas of administrative support.

This may include;

  • taking calls to handle enquiries
  • responding to emails and letters in a professional manner
  • ordering supplies
  • assisting with invoices and payments
  • using company systems to accurately record data
  • following data protection guidelines
  • photocopying and scanning documents
  • using computer systems and software packages within company guidelines

Your training

Business Administration, Level 3

Fortnightly attendance at Riverside College, Widnes
