You will be required to travel to and visit dealerships / locations within the Mon Motors Group.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Ensure administration for the Group Induction Day is managed effectively
  • Ensure all aspects of personnel administration is carried out efficiently and on time
  • Ensure the Group HR system is updated accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare documentation in relation to new starters and leavers
  • Assist in the smooth running of the department
  • Note taking and preparation of meeting minutes

Your training

The apprentice learning will take place at the Filton Campus of SGS College on a day release to college on a weekly basis, term time only.  
 
The apprenticeship is delivered over 18 months, with an additional 3-month End point assessment, at the end of the apprenticeship you will achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship as well as a CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice.

Things to consider

You will be required to travel to and visit dealerships / locations within the Mon Motors Group and a Full clean driving licence essential.

Applicants should have some previous administrative experience and be able to demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills. An interest in Human Resources and people management is essential, along with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment.
