  • Provide skills competent with paying guests 
  • Train with new skills to become competent 
  • Everybody mucks in on keeping the salon clean and tidy when not with clients. This will be a main responsibility until you have a full clientele
  • Regularly discuss and plan life goals, making sure work-life balance is good and that you are achieving what you would like to
  • Headspace and scalp wellness training 
  • Freedom to develop individuality 

Your training

  • Off the job training will take place at York College on a day release basis and the remainder of the training will be in the workplace
