Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Working as part of a small team to carry out:

  • Proactive/planned mechanical maintenance
  • Fault finding/reactive breakdown mechanical repairs
  • Mechanical projects and outage works

Your training

  • The apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in the Engineering Fitter Level 3
  • The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor and identified a site mentor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course
  • This is a Day Release programme, which means you will attend College, 1 day per week, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours
