Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Duties include carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs · Undertaking health and safety checks
  • Setting up rooms for school activities and events
  • Maintaining the school grounds
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests
  • Supporting staff with premises requests
  • Safeguarding of young people on site

Your training

  • The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative
  • The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course
  • This is a Day Release programme which means you will attend Lincoln College, one day a week, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours

  • Possible permanent role at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate
