Key responsibilities:
- Answering telephone enquiries from Trade and retail customers
- Keeping customers updated with marketing promotions and offers
- Updating customers details on Company software
- Identifying the correct parts using Electronic parts catalogues
- Processing orders
- Handling cash and processing card payments
- Serving customers at the trade counter
- Replenishing stock for the trade counter
Your training
- Training will take place at the Apprentices place of work and the Training provider will come to your place of work
Where it leads
- You will become a Permanent member of the team and we will then look into progression courses for you
