As an Apprentice Warehouse Operative, you will work as part of a supportive team, learning the key skills required for a successful career in warehousing and supply chain operations. Alongside your day-to-day role, you will complete a nationally recognised Level 2 Supply Chain Apprenticeship, gaining valuable qualifications while earning a salary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Picking, packing, and loading/unloading goods
  • Stock handling and inventory checks
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Developing knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes

 

Training & Development

  • Work towards a Level 2 Supply Chain Apprenticeship
  • On-the-job training with experienced colleagues
  • Ongoing support from both Maersk and the training provider
  • Opportunity to develop long-term career prospects within Maersk

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Enthusiastic and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
  • An interest in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain careers
