Day-to-day duties include but will not be limited to:

  • Transaction posting
  • Using Cloud-based bookkeeping software
  • Invoice processing
  • Information requests from clients
  • Bank statement downloads & electronic import to the Cloud accounting system
  • VAT return downloads and electronic filing
  • Monthly payroll
  • Filing Companies House Confirmation Statements
  • Analysis work in Excel
  • General scanning and filing
  • Ad-hoc projects and general support with running the office

Your training

This apprenticeship is all workplace delivery meaning there is no day release to Macclesfield College. 

Where it leads

There may be a full-time position available upon the successful completition of this apprenticeship.
