- Managing and responding to routine emails
- Answering phone calls and directing enquiries
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Data entry and maintaining internal records
- Filing and organising documents (digital and physical)
- Assisting with preparation of basic reports and spreadsheets
- Supporting general business operations (e.g. updating systems, processing information)
- Assisting with simple finance/admin tasks such as invoices or expense logs
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies
- Providing basic customer service support (email/phone enquiries)
- Greeting visitors where required
- Taking notes in meetings and helping with general admin tasks across teams
Your training
- Your apprenticeship training will be a fully work-based learning programme across 18-months, method to be confirmed
- Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a level 3 qualification in Business Administration

Progression into a full-time role upon completion of the apprenticeship available for the right candidate.
