- Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a professional, calm and supportive manner, seeking guidance where appropriate
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system, ensuring information is entered clearly, securely and in line with organisational procedures
- Support the booking and coordination of counselling appointments, including arranging telephone assessment appointments and interpreters where required
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including preparing documents, updating spreadsheets, filing information and supporting day-to-day office processes
- Support invoicing and finance-related administration by gathering, checking and processing information accurately, under supervision
- Communicate with internal teams and external services to support clients and help ensure services run smoothly and efficiently
- Work flexibly with the Administration team and undertake other appropriate duties as requested by the management team, in line with the apprentice role
Your training
- This is a fully work-based programme
- You will get allocated time to complete your apprenticeship work and also receive regular meetings with your training provider
- You will be studying the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
