Duties will include:

  • Deal with tenant and landlord enquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Arrange and carry out property viewings
  • Register applicants and match tenants to suitable rental properties
  • Book and manage lettings appointments, including valuations and viewings
  • Support the lettings team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Keep tenant, landlord, and property records accurate and up to date
  • Assist with preparing tenancy paperwork and referencing checks
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth communication
  • Help progress tenancies from enquiry through to move-in
  • Support general office duties within a busy lettings environment

    ***Full UK driving licence and access to a car required due to property visits and inspections***
