  • Working within a team, the successful candidate can expect to deal with online and telephone enquiries and support administration functions on a day to day basis
  • You will develop customer service skills and use email and associated applications such as spreadsheets
  • This role will include communication with others in the workplace, along with the public to ensure they receive the highest standard of customer service

Your training

  • The business administration apprenticeship will be delivered by Juniper Training, on a remote basis
  • You will attend monthly sessions online with an allocated Tutor and also attend monthly masterclasses (online)
  • You will develop skills and knowledge within your role and be supported by the company

Where it leads

The completion of this qualification can allow candidates to progress onto a higher level apprenticeship, or specialise in an area such as accounting or human resources.
