Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering and actioning inbound phone calls.
- Provide administrative support to the CDM and Asbestos Department and the wider organisation if required
- Accurately input and retrieve data as required
- Gather documents using relevant IT systems
- Create and maintain project files
- Develop, update and maintain quality schedules
- Deal with enquiries and respond to queries either by email or telephone
- Undertake photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing
- Participate in team meetings
Your training
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Business Administration Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
